III. Ticket Purchasing Instructions
KKTIX ticketing system (the “System”) is an online platform that facilitates the sale of tickets for various events via the internet. The System also provides ticketing services and, where applicable, acts on behalf of event organizers in issuing electronic tickets and collecting payments for such tickets. All information regarding events, including but not limited to ticket prices, event schedules, venues, event names, and other relevant details, is provided by the event organizers. The System publishes such information based solely on the information supplied by the organizers. The Company is neither the organizer, co-organizer, nor joint operator of any event. Any matters relating to the content, quality, performance, or changes to the event, as well as any associated rights or obligations, please consult the respective event organizer directly, and kindly comply with all announcements and rules issued by such organizer.
-
Ticket Purchasing Procedures
You (as a ticket purchaser) must follow the instructions on the website to purchase a ticket. If, during identity verification/real-name verification conducted by the organizer and/or KKTIX, discrepancies are discovered, such as inputting incorrect information or concealing true information, resulting in order failure, inability to collect tickets, denial of entry, or inability to process refunds, you shall bear the consequences arising from such discrepancies.
-
Payment and Confirmation
- You must carefully review all order details, including ticket prices, Booking Fee, and any applicable processing fees, before making payment. Completion of payment constitutes your agreement to pay all fees associated with the transaction.
- The purchaser and the payer must be the same person. If the payer differs from the purchaser and a dispute arises, the purchaser shall be recognized as the actual purchaser of the ticket.
- If payment is made by credit card, the System will immediately initiate the credit card authorization process. Please do not close the browser, shut down the device, or refresh the website during this process. Due to network conditions (such as high network traffic), the authorization process may take more than 60 seconds; please wait patiently. Upon successful completion of the order, a confirmation email will be sent to you (Free email services may not always receive such email successfully). After completing the purchase, you should log in to the System and check your “Order History” to confirm the order details and avoid duplicate purchases.
-
Platform Service Fee
- When purchasing tickets through the Services, you may be charged a platform service fee (the “Booking Fee”), as determined by the Company or the event organizer. The Booking Fee is charged to cover costs associated with providing the online platform, ticketing system infrastructure, payment processing, system maintenance, customer support, and other related services.
- The amount of the Booking Fee is variable and is determined at the discretion of the Company or the event organizer, based on factors including the ticketing method and ticket price. The applicable Booking Fee will be clearly disclosed on the ticket purchase page.
- For the Booking Fee, a uniform invoice will be issued by the Company in accordance with the applicable tax laws.
- Unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically agreed by the event organizer, the Booking Fee is non-refundable, even if subsequent ticket refunds/exchanges occur, or if events are canceled/postponed.
-
Ticket Collection Instructions
- All physical tickets are bearer-negotiable instruments. Please safeguard them meticulously. In the event of loss, damage, or destruction of tickets, please contact KKTIX Support Center for assistance.

- As venue policies may vary, you are advised to confirm all relevant entry requirements with the event organizer and the venue in advance and to comply with all applicable rules and regulations.
- Admission is granted on a one-ticket-per-person basis. For electronic tickets, each ticket may be scanned and used only once. Any duplicated, copied, or forwarded ticket shall be deemed invalid. The validity of tickets shall be determined by the organizer’s system verification, and the event organizer shall have the final authority in the event of any dispute.
- Any additional terms or restrictions shall be subject to the conditions stated on the ticket.
-
Ticket Exchange and Refund Policy
- Exchanges: Ticket exchanges shall be treated as refunds. You must complete the refund process first and then purchase the desired ticket separately.
- General Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted by the purchaser to the event organizer. As refund deadlines vary by event, you should refer to the relevant event page for details. For refund requests made prior to the event date, a handling fee may be charged. Applicable refund procedures and fee standards shall be as specified on the event page.
- Refunds Due to Force Majeure Factors: In the event of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure, including but not limited to major domestic or international incidents, natural disasters, or circumstances affecting the organizer or performers, the event organizer will announce the refund policy on the event page of the event after confirming the refund procedures. For subsequent refund arrangements, please refer to the instructions on the event page following the announcement.
- For bundled or package tickets, refunds must be processed for the entire bundle. Partial refunds for individual tickets within a bundle are not permitted.
- Where KKTIX processes refunds under the authorization of the event organizer, detailed procedures will be separately announced on the event page, and such processing will be conducted only after the event organizer confirms the applicable refund policy and provides the necessary refund funds.
-

In this regard, you agree that:
-

For all inquiries regarding the specific events and their content, please refer to the announcements on the event page and consult directly with the event organizer.
- Please refrain from purchasing tickets through auction sites or unauthorized platforms to prevent detriment to your own rights. Any disputes arising from tickets purchased outside the System are not the responsibility of the Company.
